Who we are

Spiritual Maturity publishes devotional teachings, daily words, and audio messages. The website address is https://www.spiritualmaturity.nl. You can contact us at info@spiritualmaturity.nl.

What personal data we process

When you browse the website, we process the technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser request, and security/session information handled by Laravel and our hosting provider.

We also keep limited first-party analytics for public page views and audio engagement. This includes pseudonymous visitor identifiers, page paths, track/post identifiers, language, referrer host when available, and timestamps. We do not store raw IP addresses inside analytics rows.

If you subscribe to the Daily Word through Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID, selected language, subscription status, and the dates/messages needed to avoid duplicate broadcasts.

If you subscribe through WhatsApp, we store your WhatsApp phone number, subscription status, default language, and the dates/messages needed to avoid duplicate broadcasts.

Administrators may have account data such as name, email address, password hash, and two-factor authentication settings.

Why we process this data

We process this data to run the website, understand which pages and audio teachings are actually being used, protect the admin area, deliver Daily Word subscriptions, remember requested language/session behavior, keep the audio player usable, and troubleshoot service issues.

Telegram, WhatsApp, and Twilio

Telegram subscriptions are handled through Telegram. WhatsApp subscriptions are handled through Twilio and WhatsApp. When you use these services, their own privacy terms also apply. We only store the identifiers needed to deliver the messages you requested.

Cookies, browser storage, and third-party assets

The site uses functional cookies and browser storage as described in our Cookie Policy. Some pages may request assets from Google Fonts or jsDelivr unless those assets have been self-hosted in the current deployment.

Logs and security

We keep limited operational logs for security and reliability. Incoming webhook logs are designed to avoid storing full phone numbers, Telegram chat IDs, or message bodies in production logs.

How long we keep data

Subscriber data is kept while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe from Telegram or WhatsApp, your subscriber record is deleted. Operational logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, service improvement, backups, and server maintenance.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data that we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from Telegram with /unsubscribe and from WhatsApp with unsubscribe, stop, or leave. You can also contact info@spiritualmaturity.nl.
